SVNWOLF RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SVNWOLF, every piece is created with intention, limited inventory, and premium production standards. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

We accept eligible returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Original tags must still be attached
• Item must be free of stains, odors, damage, lint, or signs of wear
• Item must be returned in its original packaging when possible

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES FOR SIZE ISSUES

We understand sizing can vary. Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues only if inventory is available.

To qualify for an exchange:
• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Original tags must still be attached
• Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless SVNWOLF made an error with the order.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

REFUNDS

Refunds are ONLY issued for:
• Incorrect items received
• Damaged items received
• Defective manufacturing or printing issues

Refunds will not be issued for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Wrong size ordered
• Preference changes
• Accidental purchases
• Shipping delays caused by carriers

To request a refund for a damaged or incorrect item, email support@svnwolf.com with:
• Your order number
• Full name
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, a prepaid return label may be provided.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
• Sale items
• Flash sale items
• Holiday drops
• Discounted/promotional items
• Limited edition releases
• Gift cards

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and processed.

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

CLAIMS WINDOW

All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee replacements, refunds, or store credit.

DELIVERY & CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, SVNWOLF is not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Carrier delays
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Carrier routing issues or delivery mistakes

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file delivery-related claims.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

SVNWOLF does not offer:
• Price matching
• Retroactive discounts
• Refunds for future promotions or sales

All prices are final at the time of purchase.

FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect our customers and brand, all orders are subject to verification and review.

SVNWOLF reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
