SVNWOLF SHIPPING POLICY
At SVNWOLF, every order is packaged and shipped with care, intention, and attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 48–72 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing time refers to the time required to verify, prepare, package, and ship your order. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Please note:
During launches, restocks, holidays, and high-volume release periods, processing times may be extended.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carriers
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
SVNWOLF is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Carriers
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Holidays
• Natural events
• Incorrect addresses
• Carrier routing issues or operational delays
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information is automatically emailed once a shipping label is created.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear. In some cases, tracking may display:
“Label Created” or “Pre-Shipment” before the carrier scans the package into their system.
This does not mean your order is lost.
ORDER MARKED “DELIVERED” BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:
• Check your mailbox, parcel locker, porch, or surrounding areas
• Check with neighbors, apartment offices, or building management
• Contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, delivery handling and confirmation become the responsibility of the shipping provider.
SVNWOLF cannot guarantee recovery, replacement, or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
SVNWOLF is not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Carrier misdeliveries
• Delivery delays
• Packages delayed in transit
• Customs delays
• Orders delivered to the address entered at checkout
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims related to delivery issues.
For additional protection, customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance at checkout when available.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
SVNWOLF is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will offer one complimentary reshipment to the corrected address.
If the package is returned a second time due to address-related issues, the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees before the order can be resent.
If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs.
ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once submitted.
Shipping addresses cannot be updated after an order has been processed unless the package is successfully returned to SVNWOLF.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error was made by SVNWOLF.
We do not refund shipping costs for:
• Carrier delays
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Lost or stolen packages
• Customs delays
• Returned packages due to customer address errors
• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Some orders may ship separately depending on inventory availability, warehouse processing, or package size.
If your order ships in multiple packages, each shipment will receive its own tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SVNWOLF proudly ships worldwide.
Please note:
• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country
• Customs charges are not included in shipping costs
• International delivery times may vary significantly depending on customs clearance and local carriers
SVNWOLF does not reimburse customs-related fees or delays.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
By placing an order with SVNWOLF, you agree to:
• Review all order details carefully before checkout
• Provide accurate shipping and contact information
• Understand that delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, shipping transit and delivery are managed by the shipping provider.
FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect our customers and brand, all orders are subject to verification and review.
SVNWOLF reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order flagged as suspicious, high-risk, or potentially fraudulent.
